of receiving and reviewing an e-mailed or faxed print.
Quotation Process: Information We Will Need
Information we need before preparing an accurate quote includes:
- Type of inspectionn the customer is wanting. It may consist of:
- A full or partial inspection
- SPC
- Gage R&R Study
- Number of cavities and pieces per cavity to be inspected
- Type of material the part is made of…metal, plastic, etc.
- Any special handling instructions and/or inspection methods
required by customer
- Specific delivery date, if required, and
- Customer’s contact information
Quotation Process: Rates and Turnaround
Our rates are extremely competitive. The average turnaround time is normally 3 – 5 working days.
- Turnaround time is determined by the complexity and volume of the
work the customer is requesting
- In some situations, TMS can provide same day service in case
of emergency
