Is Touchstone Measurement Service A2LA accredited?
Yes.
Touchstone Measurement Service has been accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA Certificate No. 1296.01) since November 1999. This accreditation ensures our customers that TMS has met the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17025:2005).
How quickly can a job be completed?
Normal service is 3 to 5 business days from the time we receive your part and Purchase Order.
- If needed we can provide expedited services
- In certain cases, we can deliver same-day service for single part
inspection
How much do measurement services cost?
Obviously, the scope of the inspection and the number of parts will determine our quote, which we can usually provide within one business day of receipt of your print or drawing.
A simple single part inspection may cost a little as $75, but each project is
quoted based on the unique job specifications, size, and service
requirements.
Does Touchstone Measurement Service accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard for your convenience.
Are inspection reports available as a Microsoft ExcelŽ spreadsheet?
Yes, MS Excel is the default format for our inspection reports.
Can I have the inspection data printed on my own company's paperwork?
Yes, we can print your inspection reports on your company paperwork
if you provide us in advance an electronic copy of the stationery.
Can I receive my inspection report via e-mail to save time?
Yes. Simply provide the email address you want the report sent to.
